Blink and you can miss this gem! I would personally like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome! They really go out of their way with the details here. I felt as if they had asked me themselves to enter their establishment. The ambiance is cool and enthralling while the food definetly follows up well. Everything we tried was good. If you are feeling particularly adventurous ask them for the blowfish sake. Takes some time to make and it comes tall but believe me it's an experience you will not forget. Hats off to you fine folks!

Like being in Japan. Amazing. The owners are Japanese. The restaurant made us long for Japan. Awesome sushi. Awesome sake. We will be back.

Some of the best sushi I have had! Though i might not be the most frequent sushi eater. I was a newbie with ordering raw fish, but was pleasantly surprised at how good the Rainbow Roll and Philadelphia Roll turned out. We will be back for sure!

Located on Main Street, this quite and peaceful little restaurant is what can be considered .... perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant. There is nothing like having a stroll after a delightful meal. The music is relaxing while the lights are low enough to not give you a headache. The staff (or the owners I think) are professional and friendly. You get treated like family there. The food is AMAZING! They have a pretty good selection of Japanese wines there too. I recommend the carbonated saki.

Stopped here today for the first time! Soo good! Sad we did not stop there sooner. Highly recommend! Dynamite and rainbow roll. And i LOVE the picture menu!!!

The subdued sounds of Frank Sinatra, and Nora Jones greeted us as we entered the charming establishment that seats about 30. Immaculate appearance, dark wood tables, relaxed yellow interior, about the color of farm butter, and quaint paper lanterns adorn each table. The bar area has many varieties of sake and beer neatly displayed between the Japanese kanji banners. The rolls and sushi are fantastic, probably the best eel (nigiri) I’ve ever had! My wife loves the spicy tuna rolls with nori on the outside. Even though we had to specially ask for it this way, they didn’t bat an eye and accommodated us. The staff is delightfully polite and service is excellent. Prices are on par with other sushi places but this has a homier feel that makes you happy. We love Happy Salmon!

There is such confusion about this place First it is not a Japanese restaurant The husband is Japanese but his wife and chef Heya is Korean She is an artist with her sushi and does not allow anyone else to make it Fresh perfect sushi takes time and the wait is worth it I’ve known them for many years and they are the best The restaurant is spotless Tony the husband is very well mannered and cares greatly about their customers I will continue to go only there as it is worth the wait Sure beats having sushi made by kitchen help in training as it is consistent every time

The best sushi by far I've had in this area! I love the cozy ambiance. Definitely give yourself some time when planning your visit here. Every time we've come for dinner, there's only two people working- one making the sushi & one working the floor. It's worth the wait, service is good & sushi is DELICIOUS!
